This pen sleeve is cut from our legendary vegetable-tanned leather from Belgium. Smooth and durable, this hide spent weeks interacting with natural barks in wooden drums. Vegetable-tanned leather is known to protect pens from tarnishing, making this pen sleeve the safest option to store your pen. Our thick leather will also safeguard your writing instrument from discolouration and abrasion. Starting with a beautiful pale tan shade, it will eventually develop a nice honey brown patina. The Ruitertassen pen sleeve features hand-finished edges for a nice feel. This model has a single slot. It fits easily in the elasticated slip pockets of our briefcases and satchels.
